Filter Components

Special filter components for mud circulation pipelines, including discharge screen assemblies, wear-resistant filter screens and buffer pads. Installed in the middle of discharge manifolds, they trap hard solid impurities such as sand and metal debris in mud to prevent scratches on fluid end valves, liners and pistons, greatly reducing replacement frequency of wear parts. Filter screens are made of high-strength stainless steel via weaving or punching technology, anti-corrosion and hard to break under mud erosion. Elastic buffer pads absorb impact of high-pressure mud to extend screen service life. Screen sizes fit five-way manifolds of all brand mud pumps with abundant stock for fast export delivery. Replacement screen inserts can be sold separately or bundled with full pipeline spare parts, essential consumables stocked by overseas oilfields.
