As indispensable core Oil drilling equipment parts, this component is installed inside the fluid cylinder cavity. It has two application modes matched with different pump models: it tightly compresses the positioning disc for F1300, F1600 mud pumps; for F800, F1000 mud pumps, it pushes the liner pusher to fix the cylinder liner firmly. It effectively prevents cylinder liner loosening caused by long-term high-pressure reciprocating operation, which guarantees stable and continuous running of the whole Mud pump power end.
The product is integrally welded by portable lifting handle and plug body. The blank is forged 45 carbon steel, finished by strict CNC precision machining. After quenching and high-temperature tempering treatment at 580℃-600℃, the hardness reaches HB 217-255. It owns outstanding shock resistance, wear resistance and stable mechanical performance to adapt to harsh underground working environments.
